Account

1What is Versus Rewards?
Versus Rewards is a prizing platform for mobile, console, PC games, and streaming media that gives users an opportunity to play for prizes or sweepstakes and win DLC and physical prizes by completing in-app challenges.
2What is a Versus Account?
Your Versus account provides you with all the necessary information (prize type, shipping information etc.) associated with the prizes you have won in Versus Rewards. Your account only works with official Versus Rewards partners.
3Why do I need a Versus account?
You need a Versus account to play and win prizes. Your account is required to determine eligibility to play for prizes and sweepstakes, send important information on prizes won in-app and provides the necessary information to facilitate customer support. Your account also allows you to see all the prizes you have won across all the games and apps you have played.
4How does Versus Rewards work?
Your Versus account helps determine prize eligibility by using your device’s geolocation feature and date of birth. When you log in, we use your location settings to locate you in order to determine what prizes and challenges you are eligible to play for. You are then able to play and win prizes.
5What happens if I delete the app and/or app content from my device?
Deleting the app and/or app content from your device may result in permanent loss of all DLC (Downloadable Content). Physical goods may be restored if accessible when you log back into your account after you redownload the app.

Redemption

1How do I redeem my prize(s)?

There are two types of prizes: DLC (Digital) and Physical (Coupons, Vouchers, etc.). There are two redemption modes available based on the prize. DLC prizes will automatically redeem within the app and will appear as part of your DLC content. To select or view, check the in-app menus. For any physical prize(s), redemption instructions will be sent to the email used to create your Versus account.

2What do I do if I never received an email with a redemption code?

Only physical prizes (coupons, vouchers, etc.) and sweepstakes prizes are redeemed via email. DLC prizes are automatically applied in-app. If you do not receive a redemption email for your physical prize, please check your spam folder. If the redemption email is not in your spam folder, please select the Resend code button from the prizes won in-game menu to request a new code.

3What do I do if the redemption code I received doesn’t work?

If you did not get the right redemption code, please contact us to get another code assigned.

4What happens if I don’t get my in-app Downloadable Content (DLC)?
If your in-app DLC is not automatically applied, please contact our support team.
5What do I do if a redemption code is not accepted by vendor/store?
Please contact us for customer support.

Registration

1Forgot your password or can’t sign in?
If you forgot your password or are unable to sign in, you can reset your password on the login screen. An email with instructions will be sent to the email account used to create your Versus account.
2Why do you need my email address?

A valid email address is required for Versus account management and customer support; and to determine prize eligibility and fulfillment.

3Why do you need my birth date?
A valid birth date is required to determine prize eligibility. For rules and regulations, check our Terms of Service and for information on private data usage check our Privacy Policy.
4How do I change my birth date?
Please contact us. You will need to provide a copy of a valid government issued form of identification.

Location

1Why do you need my geolocation?
Physical prizes (Coupons, Vouchers, etc.) require the geolocation feature be active/on during gameplay. If a user’s geolocation is off during gameplay, they will not be be qualified for physical prizes.
2What regions are currently supported?
We are currently available in the US, Canada, and China.
3Where are prizes currently unavailable?

In Canada, physical prizing is allowed for 18+ users only in British Columbia, and all other Canadian provinces are unavailable.

Sweepstakes prizing is allowed for 18+ users in all Canadian provinces except for Quebec.

4What languages are supported?

Currently, only English and Simplified Chinese is supported.

Technical

1Tax Requirements on Prizes
The winners will be solely responsible for all international, federal, state and/or local taxes, and for any other fees or costs associated with the prize they receive. We reserve the right to withhold and/or deduct such taxes and charges from the prize if and to the extent required by Applicable Law. Please see our Terms of Service for additional info. Versus Systems is required to fill a 1099-MISC for all winners that have collected over $600 in prizes. More info on 1099-MISC can be found here. To provide players with the correct tax documentation, Versus System will collect user information via W-9. This form will be sent, via email, to the email associated with their account. - All available Challenges have already been played.
- You are not currently connected to a network.
- You are not eligible for prizes due to location and/or date of birth.
- Your location services is not turned on.

2Why isn't my current challenge progressing?
Check your location and location settings and make sure you have the most recent update of the game. It's likely that you are in an ineligible location or have turned off your location services.

3How do I know if I've won a prize?

Within the Versus Rewards (Winfinite) "MY PRIZES" section, all prizes that you've won will appear under "PRIZES WON".

4How do I know if I've won a sweepstakes prize?
Within the Versus Rewards (Winfinite) “MY PRIZES” section, any sweepstakes that you’ve entered will appear under “MY SWEEPSTAKES”. If your entry is the winning draw, it'll appear under "Prizes Won". In addition, sweepstakes winners are notified via email. For any questions for draw date, check the sweepstakes description.
